The inspection of Yorkton’s storm drains and catch basins has begun. Mayor Mitch Hippsley says residents have a big role to play in preventing flooding issues by helping keep storm drains free of ice and snow. The city has also started pothole repairs with temporary patches until the streets are dry enough for a permanent fix.
