Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP have shared more information as they continue their search for a missing man.
50-year-old Jason Backman was reported missing on April 4th after he was last seen the morning before, around 10:00 a.m., on Craigleith Avenue North in Fort Qu’Appelle.
Officers have been actively checking places Jason is known to visit and following up on tips but are now turning to the public for help.
Jason is described as slender, with blue eyes and has gray or white medium-length hair. When he was last seen, he was wearing an Under Armour hoodie and blue jeans. A photo has been provided to assist in the search.
Jason often travels to the Regina area, but at this time, his location is unknown.
