The weekly COVID-19 report in Saskatchewan saw the province identified 1,196 new cases of the virus on 7,449 laboratory tests.
This represents a 12.3% weekly test positivity rate, slightly higher than the previous week.
Saskatchewan also has ten outbreaks of COVID-19 in long-term care and care home settings, while 20 deaths were announced.
To date, 85.7% of residents 5-and-older have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, while 80.6% are fully vaccinated, and 51.3% of those 18-and-older have had a booster shot.
