A Melfort man accused of killing two people and seriously injuring a third person, in a shooting on the James Smith First Nation, has made another court appearance. RCMP say on September 5th, a 37-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman were killed during an altercation at a home on the reserve. A 44-year-old man was sent to hospital with serious, but non life-threatening injuries. In Melfort court, 33-year-old Shawn Moostoos was remanded to May 2nd.
