Quill Lake Flooding Has Cost Farmers

Farmers in the Quill Lakes area have released an economic study at the U of R. It shows flooding in the area has cost 253 million dollars from 2012 to 2018. The Quill Lakes Watershed Association is asking the province for help to resolve the issue. Executive director Rita Marcinowski says flooding has taken 92 thousand acres of farmland out of production.
