Three people arrested in connection with an alleged kidnapping in Yorkton, are off the hook.

34-year-old Scott Cook of Yorkton, 34-year-old Dustin Kennedy of Yorkton, and 31-year-old Tyson Ledoux of Regina, all had their charges stayed by the Crown Prosecutor.

Mounties say last September, a man was walking in an alley near Independent Street, when he was pulled into a vehicle.

The victim was allegedly taken to a garage and threatened with firearms, before he was released.
