STARS Air Ambulance fleet is being renewed, and the first Airbus H-145 has arrived in Saskatchewan to replace one of the older helicopters. There are now 3 in the STARS fleet, with 9 to be replaced in total for Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. CEO Andrea Robertson says the Saskatchewan government was the first to offer its support of $1-million, followed by the other province’s donations and the federal government investment $65-million.
