The second of two people arrested in connection with a break, enter, and theft in Roblin, has admitted her guilt on Saskatchewan charges.
On September 8th, RCMP say a male and a female suspect broke the lock on the door of a Roblin business, took an unknown quantity of opioids, then fled in a vehicle.
The business owner shared video of the suspects on social media, a Yorkton resident recognized them, and called police.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this (Thu) morning, 42-year-old Ronni Chartrand of Swan River was sentenced to 30 days in jail for possession of a stolen licence plate and two laptop computers.
Last week, her co-accused, 49-year-old Gerald Ainsworth of Midland, Ontario, was sentenced to 6 months in jail for his role in the incident.
