Parts of southern Saskatchewan and Manitoba are bracing for a late winter storm this week. A Colorado low is forming in the U.S, and could bring blizzard-like conditions and up to 20 or more cm of snow Wednesday and Thursday. Winter storm watches have been issued for parts of the area including Swan River, Minnedosa and Moosomin.
