**Saskatchewan reported seven new cases of COVID-19 yesterday, bringing the provincial total to 285 reported cases. Of the new cases, one was listed presumptive, and is being sent to the National Microbiology Laboratory for further testing.
**Manitoba reported six additional cases of COVID-19 yesterday, bringing the province’s total of lab confirmed and probable cases to 230. Chief medical health officer Dr Brent Roussin notes that another person has died from the virus, bringi that total to 4.
**As of yesterday there were 22,148 COVID-19 cases in Canada, with 569 deaths. 383-thousand Canadians have been tested, with 5% coming back positive.
**The global death toll from COVID-19 has surpassed 100-thousand, with nearly 19-thousand fatalities in the U-S. More than half of those deaths are clustered in the three-state metro area around New York City.
