Manitoba premier Brian Pallister says his government remains committed to breaking down interprovincial trade barriers. Speaking at the Manitoba Legislature yesterday, he pointed to the New West partnership with Saskatchewan , Alberta and B.C, which Manitoba joined after his Conservatives took power. And with the federal election now just over 2 weeks away, Pallister has written to all federal party leaders , asking for a committment to work with the provinces, and several other issues.
