A Muscowpetung First Nation man charged in connection with two hit-and-run incidents in Regina in December of 2021, that resulted in injuries, has a new court date.

Police were dispatched to a report of a hit-and-run involving a truck, then a second collision was reported at a parking lot of a business.

Police determined the same vehicle was involved in both incidents.

34-year-old Jonas Bellegarde failed to show up for court date in Regina yesterday, and if he misses his next scheduled appearance, on May 30th, the judge will issue a warrant for his arrest.
