Melville Man Returns to Court After Stand-Off with Police

A Melville man, charged with numerous offences, after a standoff with Mounties last month, has made another court appearance.
On April 16th, Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP responded to a complaint of a break and enter, into outbuildings just south of Balcarres.
A vehicle was located near the community, and a man was seen walking in a field near the parked vehicle, before getting in the vehicle and fleeing from police, before surrendering, about two hours later.
35-year-old Christopher Miller appeared in Fort Qu’Appelle Provincial Court yesterday (THURS), and he’ll return there on Monday (17th).
