The Manitoba government has announced $1 million in funding to support sectors of the economy hit by the pandemic. 4 organizations will each get $250 thousand for projects addressing their specific needs. The Manitoba Restaurant Association will develop a marketing campaign to recruit workers, while the Food and Beverage Association will, among other things, develop and expand training programs. The Hotel Association and Supply Chain Management Association are the other 2 sectors getting support.
