Mosaic Issues Lay-off Notices

Mosaic is indefinitely shutting down one of its three potash mines in Saskatchewan. Some 350 workers at the mine near Colonsay got lay-off notices today, with the shut-down due to start in September. Mosaic says potash market conditions are the region.
