Another court appearance has been made by a Swan River man, charged with Manslaughter. Mounties received a report of a death at a home in Swan River in February of 2018. A 36-year-old Swan River man was found dead at the scene. 43-year-old Norman Brass was in Dauphin Court of Queen’s Bench yesterday (Mon), where he was remanded in custody for July 22nd.
