The Swan Valley Stampeders suffered their first defeat of the preseason on Wednesday, 5-0 to the hometown Dauphin Kings.  Grady Nicholas (21 saves on 23 shots) and Michael O’Sullivan (21 saves on 24 shots) split the goaltending duties for the Stampeders. 

2022 draft pick Ashton Cure had 1G 1A while Michael O’Sullivan & Connor Hatfield combined for a 20 save shutout to lead the Swan Valley Stampeders to a 4-0 win over the Waywayseecappo Wolverines in the annual Rookie game in Swan River.
